Hello,

I have a tree dripring in my drawing that has already been placed. I am attempting to change the GPM to the preferred GPM (from 0.083 to 0.5 GPM). I do this by clicking edit equipment, selecting "Replace" and then selecting the correct equipment with the preferred GPM (.5). After doing this I check the equipment that was "Replaced" when doing so the equipment has the old GPM, 0.083, rather then the preferred GPM I selected when I replaced the equipment.

I did try some problem solving to fix the issue that includes; audit and purge the drawing, restarting CAD, checking for updates, deleting and reinserting equipment and adding a second option for drip ring. All these where unsuccessful.

Is there a quick fix for this or would a support ticket need to be placed?

Please let me know your thoughts,
Amanda
Amanda,

That process is working fine for me.
If you place a new instance of the treering, is it the correct flow? If so, you could use our Match Properties tool to correct any in the drawing.

Jeremiah,

Thank you for the quick response. We did try adding anew tree ring with the correct flow and planned on using the Match Properties tool. However when inserting a new tree ring the flow is incorrect. I tested it in a new drawing and it looks like it is drawing specific. I can send a support ticket if that is helpful.

Just a quick follow up to the support ticket that was sent in-

All was functioning properly. Replace tool was indeed changing the values out, but values being entered were incorrect. Adding as GPM instead of GPH. Once added as GPH, the system converted to GPM properly when placing the equipment into the plan.
