Configuration and Preferences

 

One of the first steps you will want to take to configure Land F/X is to change the Land F/X line colors in all of the Land F/X blocks and drawings to match your office standard colors, unless, of course, you wish to simply accept the Land F/X default line colors. Land F/X provides a tool to automate these changes, and to automatically make any updates from Land F/X conform to the changes. This is the BatchMan tool, which will run batch operations on any number of AutoCAD drawings at one time.

 

If you have not do so yet, copy the LFX.ctb plot style table, located in the LandFX / Administration folder, to the location that is recognized by AutoCAD as the Plot Style Table Search Path, see Layer Color and Plotting in the Getting Started Section. Then plot the drawing LFX Pens.dwg in the LandFX / Administration folder using this plot style.
