Creating a Standard Detail Sheet

Even though the Land F/X detail system is built around adding and placing details one at at time, you can create a standard detail sheet rather easily. The process would be as follows:

§	Create a temporary project, or use an existing project with its details

§	Assemble the desired details in the Detail Manager, and place them into a drawing

§	Save the project as a Template in the Project Files screen, and save the DWG into an appropriate location as a Detail Sheet Master

§	When ready to use the detail sheet on a new project, base the project’s Sheets and Details on the template, to bring in the details with their sheet references

§	Open the Detail Sheet Master DWG that has the placed details in it, and save it into the new project’s folder

§	You will also need to associate this DWG with the new project from the Project Files screen

§	You may very well need to change the sheet number, which can easily be done from the Project Manager screen
