The Land F/X Layer States function is a simple way to add a layer state, with layer names, colors, linetypes, etc., to a drawing.

A dialog box will be displayed with various categories of layer states. There are several layer state categories to choose from:
Each of these have sub-categories that relate to the category. For example, the Plans category has:
For example, the creation of an Irrigation Plan would require the selection of the category PLANS, then select the type of plan, in this case IRRIGATION, and when you choose OK the dialog box will close, and all of the layer states, names, line types, and line colors will be loaded into the drawing
It is very easy for the user to add categories and layer states, as well as modifying the layout and makeup of any layer state.
