Drip Irrigation

Drip Irrigation

While the general layout of a drip system has similarities to that of a sprinkler irrigation system, the design of drip irrigation differs in that water is applied with low flow emission devices near each plant’s rootzone. Drip irrigation is different enough to warrant a separate section of the Land F/X documentation.

Use the Irrigation Manager to add drip equipment to a project. This includes tubing, emitters and bubblers, drip spray, dripline, drip popups, and drip equipment.

Place drip equipment into the drawing. You can place drip equipment by selecting the appropriate area, such as areas for emitters, bubblers, spray, and dripline. You can also place individual drip equipment into a drawing, such as for bubblers, drip popups, multi-outlet emitters, and drip equipment.
