BLOOMFIELD AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENTS
The goal of this project was to improve the previous roadway/street conditions of Bloomfield Avenue by repairing deteriorating public sidewalks and constructing roadway median islands with enhanced landscaping. The purpose for the improvements is to calm the current traffic conditions and to beautify the area in attracting new customers for the local merchants.
