Overview (40 sec)

A wide variety of specialty tools are stored in the Graphics tool bar of Land F/X, as well as a vast array of graphic blocks, for the creation of: Site Development & Zoning Plans, Site Analysis Plans, and Section and Elevations Graphic. Land F/X has suites of graphic nodes and arrows types for Site Analysis, and custom line types for all your graphic needs.

Zoning/Site Development (40 sec)

Assign a zoning or site development classification to a solid color area; give it notes, density, and cost.  It can then generate schedules for each with accurate quantities and cost.

Reference Notes and Detailing (50 sec)

Land F/X’s flexible Reference Notations Manager allow for a variety of notations, as well as the ability to tally up quantities of object such as benches or tables, lengths, areas and volumes.

Elevation/Plan Graphics (45 sec)

Rapidly produce section and elevation drawings with a wide variety of section graphics, including plants, people, cars, furniture, play structures and athletic fields, site furnishing and amenities, plus much more.

Diagrammatic Conceptual Graphics (1 min 10 sec)

Utilize a suite of impressive graphic concept lines and nodes to convey site usage, pedestrian and vehicular traffic flow. Simply and efficiently document all of your site analysis data on a plan and dimension any critical areas with our special dimensioning tools.
