I cannot reproduce this error.
However, we have done work to our web dialogs this week, so can I have you do these steps?
Clear Internet Explorer cache (CAD uses IE to render web dialogs)
Clear Edge cache (We're upgrading our dialogs to use chrome based rendering)
Run our recent Workstation Installer
(This will update the components on your machine for Land F/X)
That should reset the dialog, forcing it to load the most recent code, and load our recent Chrome dialog code.
