Hello dear all,
I noticed that the Highlighted station Flow RATE Doesn't match the Valve callout after sizing in one of my irrigation plans..

Is there any explanation for this?

Thanks ,

Nibal,

You are correct, the value reported by Highlight Station is incorrect. This has been fixed, and will be part of an update posting momentarily.
We are in the midst of updating all irrigation code to work with native metric units, instead of translating from GPM. It was just a small oversight with Highlight Station in regards to when it translated legacy GPM values to l/min.

Hi Jake,

I've just noticed that The HIGHLIGHT tool gives the flow rate in l/m unit(THINK THIS MEANT TO BE IN GPM)

but the Valve Callout & valve attribute seems to show the flow rate in GPM unit.(THINK THIS MEANT TO BE IN L/M)

For Example:

Valve No. 2D in my irrigation plan shows
4.98 l/m in the HIGHLIGHT tool(THIS MAY MEANT TO BE 4.98 GPM)

While
18.8 "GPM" in the Valve Callout(THIS MAY MEANT TO BE 18.8 L/M)

if we do this equation:

4.98 GPM * 3.7854 = 18.8 lpm

Now if this thinking is right?

Why does this happen?
