Hi, A little while ago our Land FX was running very slow and someone at landFX archived or deactivated a bunch of our project files for us (while handling a different issue). It really sped things up.

Can someone tell me if this is something I can do myself? If so how?Or if we have to have LandFX do it each time? We are starting to notice Land FX slowing again so I'm trying to figure out if there's a way essentially to batch deactivate because we have hundreds of files.....individually deactivating them would be way too time-consuming.
Hi Lauren,

Currently there is not a batch deactivate function.
However, I believe that if we index your database the performance will speed up dramatically.
Here's an article on how to do this:
https://www.landfx.com/kb/item/1194-index-mysql-database.html
It's a pretty tech-heavy document, so if you need assistance getting it done please call and we'll help!
