Can's add detail divisions beyond 3

Hi all and Amanda,

I hope that you're all safe and sane. I'm creating a new division under our details "Agency (AG)" division for New York DOT(NY). I can add  EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS (32) and IRRIGATION(84), but then it won't allow me to add a NEW sub-division. Is this a setting somewhere? The NEW button is not greyed out and it does allow me to push it, but then nothing happens. Any clues?

You are limited to 4 total levels of hierarchy, which you are at with AG, NY, 32, 84. 
One solution is the option in Preferences to set a numeric CSI division for every detail, letting you have two more whole levels of hierarchy, as well another level of CSI precision — as in AG, NY, Xx, Yy, 3284xx.

I think our solution will be to drop the EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS (32). All of our stuff is (32). Have a great day performing wizardry.
