I need to change the UCS in an irrigation plan..

What is the best practice I need to do to be sure placing the irrigation equipment and finalizing the irrigation plan with no issue?

because I noticed that when placing the valves it let me to set the regular UCS,
And the bubblers has rotation value..

We recommend making sure your sheet layout is prepped and ready to go before placing your irrigation equipment into the design. That goes for setting the proper UCS's as well.

Creating a User Coordinate System (UCS)

If your irrigation equipment is already placed, and you need to shift the layouts after the fact, then I have a bit of bad news- there will need to be some rework on the plan. The link below goes into your options.
