I've only got two spray heads in my Irrigation Manager, 1 turf and 1 shrub. But the Spray Type drop-down in the ribbon shows 2 turf and 4 shrub options, and when I go to place a Special Spray, it shows 2 turf and 1 shrub options. I had intended only to have the 1 shrub and 1 turf spray as shown per Irrigation Manager.

How do I purge the excess data that's coming from.... somewhere?

Thanks! Julie

Julie,
It looks like you are getting confused about how the spray options function in both the Ribbon and Irrigation Manager.

General rule of thumb to remember is that you have the capability of having 2 turf sprays and 4 shrub sprays in your Irrigation Manager for one project. This does not mean that you have to use them, or even that they would even exist in the Irrigation Manager. So, if you are looking in your ribbon at the different spray options, that is just showing each possible group to select from (if they even exist in your Irrigation Manager).

Now, the reason you actually have 2 turf types in your Irrigation Manager, and you dont see 2 types is because you have added the exact model to your project twice. If you select the "Show Components" option, you will see the second model listed with the (2) next to each nozzle.

To fix, you will just need to select the turf spray model and delete it from the Manager. Adding it back again as the desired model will only bring in the type 1 for your turf spray, and you should be good to go.

Feel free to submit a ticket if you need further help and we can go from there.

Excellent, you are correct I was confused (as usual).

I see everything you're talking about, and was able to successfully complete the steps. The only bump in the road was that I had to uncheck Show Components before the delete button became active.

Thank you always!
