Used colorize zones on a project last week and the contractor called and asked where zones 13 and 20 went (example numbers only)!  Well they were colorized, but one in pale mint green and the other in a color I personally couldn't distinguish from white, and the colorizing appeared on top of the irrigation items so they basically disappeared.  Manually selected the color and changed it to something brighter, but then when I printed they were black.

How do I go about removing colors from the set of options that LandFX uses when colorizing?  I would prefer to eliminate the lightest ones.

Also, maybe provide a color blind colors list option?  I'm not impacted but there's two fellows I know who would benefit.

Thanks!

Julie

Julie,

We are addressing this on a few different fronts.

First, we will see about replacing those pale colors.

Then, we are improving the Colorize Zones feature to better allow manually changing individual zones as desired.

And lastly, we do have plans to eventually pull the list of colors into Preferences to allow customization.

In the meantime, your best workaround would be to use Quick Select to select all objects of the same TrueColor, and choose a different color.  Note that you need to select a TrueColor value to prevent it from printing in black.
