I have placed my RefSchedule into the plan and did the block edit to narrow the column widths like the documentation shows but when i regenerate or update the schedule it goes back to the unedited widths that i started with... is there a way to lock the width of the columns?

Bob,
We will definitely clean those steps up to be more thorough, sorry about that!

As for getting your columns to stay fixed to your adjusted width, you should be able to handle that in your Preference Set. For any RefNote Division you have User Fields set to, you can select a User Field from the list and click Edit. You will be able to set the width of that column there. This process is going to work best as a Table Schedule type.
