I'm still having issues with browsers and the forum.

IE (my preferred browser, don't bash ) doesn't seem to work at all when trying to post. But it works with the notification menu across the top.

Chrome seems to post ok, but none of the notification buttons work. For example, it says 4 next the bell. But I cant do anything with it.

Nothing major... just thought I would let you know.

I highly recommend not using IE for a multitude of reasons, and most tech-minded people would agree, so I can't really help you there!
That being said both the forum developers and I have had a difficult time duplicating these issues. A few more clarification questions:

Operating system?
Have you tried updating your browsers to the latest versions?
Have you tried Firefox?
Have you installed your Windows Updates?

BTW I'm posting this reply using IE 11 on Windows 7 64bit. Notification popup is working for me on both IE and Chrome.
