Custom Plant Callout Issues

This is probably a very basic question since I am brand new to Land F/X. I am having issues with creating a custom plant callout. I've copied an existing one and tried changing it and only part of it works. This is what I input (QTY)FIELD1^COMMON^. All that shows when I label a plant is the quantity and common name, but no size. Is there something I'm missing? If I choose another premade callout that has FIELD1 in it, it works perfectly fine, so I can't for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong. Please help...

The documentation is supposed to mention that you can only have 2 fields combined, not the 3 in your case.
That is certainly getting pretty long, is there any particular reason you can't have the size underneath quantity and common name?

Thank you Jeremiah. I will try changing that and let you know if it works. I prefer to have it all on one line because when you get into 2 it takes up more space especially when there are a lot of plant labels.
