I have made several Irrigation f/x categories within Irrigation f/X , but the problem is that I would like to make them available at the dafault list of categories (to appear in each Project) . Also I cant find the way to import them form one Project to another (as it can be done in case of heads, valves or other equipment with Irrigation manager)

The Schematic Irrigation list is fixed per Preference Set. If you are looking to have the same list of Schematic Irrigation options in each project, then you simply need to be using the same Preference Set for each project. The reason there is no Import option is because the Preference Set is the standards that are there for each project that do not/should not change. If I am misunderstanding what you are looking for please let me know and we can go from there if needed.

I have added those categories to Preference Set. Unfortunately those made in separate Project could not be transferred to Preference Set.
