For some reason some of the detail titles that are placed on our sheets are not showing up in "Add Details to Project" dialog box. There is a number there showing that a detail has been placed. And it shows up in the preview. But the title doesn't show up. And it's just for some. Isn't this weird? How do we fix it?

Then it must be missing XML files.
If you navigate to that corresponding folder in your detail library, the DWG and SLD are there, but not the XML.
If you are unable to track down the missing XML files, your best bet is to move the details to a folder on your Desktop, and open and save each one back into the system, which will create their XML files.
