What is the major difference between the following drip irrigation systems:
1- drip line area
2- drip emitter area

where exactly can i use each of them..

which is the most efficent and economic for narrow shrubs areas drip line area or drip emitter area ?
Nibal,
Go ahead and take a look at our drip irrigation documentation for each of these items. You should be able to use your discretion on how to use each of these items as there is no hard set rule on how you need to use these items. In smaller spaces, sometimes the single length dripline could also be used, however, this equipment is more intended for Ag use. I would suggest playing around with both dripline areas to see which one you prefer.

in our office we tell people - a drip line area is an are where inline drip line (tubing that has emitters preinstalled inside the tubing) is to be installed in parallel rows either on-grade with mulch or subsurface and Drip emitter area is an area where a set number of emitters are going to be installed at each plant based on size of plant and species. We use drip line in tight plantings spaces and drip emitter in sparse more open planting (especially desert plantings).
