Nibal,
I have responded to your open ticket, providing the links that explain why and how to fix this issue. However, the links are listed below as well for your reference.

Thanks Jake..
Actually i went though these informative links yesterday, and checked for the step 1 and the Z elevation was 0..
Then checked for step 2 and the coverage radis layer name was the same in the GP..
Last i checked for step 3 and edited them because they were too small..

And when i run the valves schedule once again , nothing changed till i deleted every single pipe in the proplematic valves to find out very little pipes are hiding under others and they caused the proplem..

My question here, is there any tip or procedure to search out for these errors little hiding pipes or fittings without deleting or moving each pipe..
i mean does the F/X have any feature to check for the errors places?

Nibal,
Technically the system is checking for errant pipes in the drawing, and will catch most of what is going on, whether that is with circular pipe references, valves not connected to mainline, etc...

However, the system needs to allow for open ended pipes, in case it is leading to drip areas, etc. So unfortunately, the fact that there are poorly drawn pipes in section of the drawing, there will need to be some next level troubleshooting that needs to happen in order to identify what might be going on. In most your examples, these issues seem to be stemming from piping to these emitter areas. Small pipe segments, with arcs, with manually thickened lateral lines.. In my opinion, this is causing the perfect storm for these errors to slip through the systems cross checks.

Utilizing the additional tools (Highlight, move equipment, etc) that I have previously recommended you use will be your best bet on fixing these problems for now.
