Is there a way to get total lengths of each individual size of laterals and mainline? I have only been able to get total overall project quantities for laterals and mainline in the Irrigation Schedule (Legend).

If you choose the option "Itemize Equipment/Pipe" when running your schedule, you will see that it will list out all sizes of pipe in both the Lateral and Mainline category.

Thanks Jake that sort of worked. It did break down the laterals and mainline by sizes but if I add up each size of lateral, it does not equal out to the original total I got when I first did the schedule. Also, some of the nozzles/heads are not being counted now too, specifically the Hunter MP1000, MP800, and MPCorner. Further, the total square foot of dripperline has decreased by nearly 3,000 sf. I have not changed the drawing in any way nor have I closed it and reopened it. The three schedules have all been created today in the past hour or so.

It sounds like you should send in your drawing and data files for us to investigate. It could be several different things that I will not be able to know exactly until actually seeing the drawing.
