land fx not responding

I have a problem with my land fx .. when I want to add a tree or a shrub the window browser is not opening .. is someone can help me ..

Are you getting any error messages when you click to add a tree?
Is this is the AutoCAD/ F/X CAD Land F/X plugin or the SketchUp plugin?
