I'm looking for some guidance on performing a Mainline Fittings take-off in Land F/X for the sizeable projects.
Is there a built-in feature or workflow that can automatically place fitting blocks (or a set of fittings) at mainline intersections—for example, where two mainlines intersect, whether they are of the same size or different sizes?
Additionally, does Land F/X provide a way to generate a list of mainline fittings used in the system (like tees, reducers, elbows, etc.) without having to manually place them?
Finally, I’d also like to know if the software can calculate and include fittings where valves are placed—be it solenoid valves or other types.
Appreciate any tips or experience you can share!
