I have 2 general questions?

why am not able to vote to any of the posts or the comments..?
And think i ready many mnay of the posts but i didnt earn the book worm badge:( ??

The voting has been fixed.
As far as Badges go, we did a major update to the forum system late last year and it changed the way the points were tallied. I'll go through and retroactively assign badges later today, and moving forward the points are being tallied correctly.
