Assign a foliage/bloom color and month/s to plants. Currently we have a large plant excel document (attached) that we customize for each project.

We are well underway with several improvements to the plant database, that includes color and month of bloom. Our mockup of a month of bloom report looks very similar to your example.
We should be rolling it out in the next few months.
