We're working on a project and we need to include the plant data and some custom codes in the schedule (really we're exporting to a spreadsheet).
1. How do we get LandFX to include that "Plant Data" in the schedule?
2. The Plant Data does not include the blooming season. How do we add a custom field? Not other categories like size, on center spacing or water zone iof which you select one, but a data element such as the hardiness Zone of which the plant may fall into more than one category. For instance the bloom for a Lantana may be in spring, summer AND fall.

On the web site Title under the Plant Data heding it shows a screen dump which includes a Custom Field: "Native". How did it get there?

Brian,

We actually have improved this process quite a bit and have now made it a feature you can control yourself! By registering for our Portal you will have access to your account information, project data, and see past/submit future Tech Support Tickets.

You will also be able to manage your plant database, including the custom user fields that show up when editing plants from your Plant Manager.

Take a look at the link below on how to Register for the Portal, and let us know if you have any further questions we can help you with.

Seaweed,

1- In your Plant Schedule options, you should see the Plant Data (select fields) option in the upper right hand corner. Mark the desired fields there, and if they were assigned in the data for that plant, you will see it listed in the schedule as such.
2- If you are asking how to get a plant specification to show up like we have where it says "Native", we would input those items for you. Take a look at the link below and let us know what you want added.

Nevermind I don't need to import. This does what I need it to. You are the best.

Brian,

No, importing plant databases is not a thing at this point in time. Login and check out your capabilities. As far as managing the plant database, you can see the plants you have added (outside what was available in the Land F/X Plant Database), and add/delete from there.
