Possible to use letter rather than number in the Detail Template?

Update 13.31 back in April 2017 included support for letters for a detail number.

Make sure you're up to date! Here's a link on how to update your Land F/X software.

Further down that page are also steps for setting automatic update checking so you'll always stay up to date.

I assume this is for LFX 2017 and not 2016?

Land F/X is continuous. There's no version years for our add-on software. You can get the latest update as long as your support fees are paid, which as of this post is version 13.62. Land F/X updates come out all the time to continuously improve our add-on software without having to wait for yearly versions. You should be good to go!

You might be thinking about F/X CAD 2016 vs. 2017. Those are AutoCAD platforms that Land F/X adds onto (different software). The latest Land F/X update that contains the ability to use letters for the detail number works on both F/X CAD 2016 and F/X CAD 2017. Go ahead and update and try it out.
