Can a feature be added allowing a preferred preference set to always be loaded rather than the default which is Imperial?

David,
If you are looking to get a certain Preference Set to load as the default in each project, just make sure that Preference Set is alphabetically named so it lands at the top of the list. The very top Preference Set is going to be your default.
