Got some confusing verbiage on this one. Description says "specify XFS insert fittings. Only available in California." So,what is, or isn't only available in CA? The fittings, or the drip line, or both?

Tom,
You are adding dripline to your project, correct? As you are picking a series to use, the XFS-CV is the ONLY dripline to mention that it is only available in California. Both the fitting specification AND the availability in California applies to the dripline itself so the contractor knows what fittings to use and the designer knows that if this project is not being done in California, they will not be able to use that dripline. You are welcome to suggest an alternative wording if you would like.
I had no idea that drip line was only available in CA. No mention of that on their web site.

This is a great question for your sales rep! Our contact at Rainbird specifically asked if we could put that wording to the -CV series. If you can find something different, please let us know and we will see why they wanted that verbiage in the first place!
