I would like to have shorter Refnote codes so circular callouts don't block as much of the plan. The system allows us to change the automatic inputted "P-101" to "P-01". Shorter options would be preferred but if this is as short as it will get can your team create a custom feature to have the system auto code in the shorter option (1, 2, 3, vs 101, 102, 103, etc.)?
We do have an existing wishlist request, for the separator character to be a period (.) or even nothing at all.
This would be pretty easy to engineer.
As well, the zero suppression would be a pretty easy addition.
Just haven't gotten a lot of requests for this.

An example plan would always be helpful!

See attached image. Is there a way to change the auto numbering of refnotes applied to divisions to start at "1" instead of "101"?

Ryan,

In the Preferences for RefNotes, you just need to create a sub-division under P, with a starting number of 1.
Granted that will start numbering at 2, so you need to edit the first note created to 1. But this appears to be a bug, as the schedule is correctly seeing note P-01 as being in sub-division 1. So we should be able to correct that.
