I've recently been adding specific manufacturer (playground) blocks to the LFX system and thought it would be great if it was possible to attach a picture to the block. And/Or a link that goes directly to the product website. Months later when I go back to use the block again it would be nice to know what it looks like.

We would love to know the manufacturer you are inputting manually so we can try and get them onboard for you to make things easier. This would definitely be the preferred method here. Maybe we can chat offline about a rep to contact to further the conversation, just let me know.
As for adding things manually, if you have saved the desired blocks into the system, you can add these items as a RefNote Amenity, and pick from the generic block section. Once you have the Amenity setup, there is a photo tab where you can assign a custom photo that is saved locally. You can then add a link manually to the notes section after the Amenity name. The link below will go into that process more.
