Am wondering why we have different style of the data and header text in the refnotes schedule..
I attached a PDF of two different refnotes schedules.
the first one is the one we used to have(and this time i got it through block editing of the new one we are having now(in the bottom of the PDF)..
just to mention that other schedules like planting and irrigation are working fine at the moment..

The most likely cause is that the schedule text style is already defined in this drawing. You didn't say that when you place your plant schedule and it's fine, that you placed in in this same drawing. Likely if you place the plant schedule in this drawing, too, it would behave the same.
You can fix this with our quick command REAT, or Reload All Land F/X Text Styles. Assuming that the Schedule Text style in your general preferences is still correct and those plant schedules aren't working because of a previously defined style in their own drawing, this will fix the issue.
Otherwise, if you don't think this is it, open a ticket and send us the files where it's working and not working, along with the project and preference set data and I'll have a look.
