I get the following error when trying to insert a manufacturer's bench from RefNotes. "I was unable to copy a file to the landfx folder. Please ensure your user account has full permissions to that location. [C:\landfx/blocks/site amenities//krc-vblf-80.dwg]" I checked folder properties and made sure the read only and archive options were un-checked but it still gives the error. I also restarted my computer incase a file was hung up or something. The only thing I noticed about this is, if fx is actually looking for the folders exactly as the error message reads then the flipped slashes could be causing problems. Folders are usually separated by back slashes not forward slashes.
Anyone have an idea of what else I am missing?

I deleted the refnote and set it up again and now it is working. Not sure what the problem was.
