Good morning, my uniformity tool is throwing some of the hatches in white (not all, but some). What is this due to? I was using the tool a few days ago and had no problems, but yesterday it started generating white solids.

Luis,
Good morning. It sounds like the following link should help walk you through what to do to correct this issue. As you will read, there are two main reasons this may have happened. If you follow these steps and still need help, please submit a tech support ticket with the errant files and we can help figure out what might be going on.

Uniformity Tool: Issue With Region Creation / Colors Showing White

How to Submit a Technical Support Ticket

Cheers,
Hello, thanks for the reply. I will check the information. On another note, I would like to ask another question: If I open a new file (free of corruption and external references) and do the process, can I rule out file corruption and is it another cause? I have done the process with new files and it still generates the white Hatch

Yes, that is a great way to rule out the corruption cause. This does typically mean then that your CAD itself might need to be reinstalled or repaired as lined out in that article. However, if you would like to send in those files we can test things on our end to see if we can't replicate in your file first. If we can replicate, then we can see what else might be causing it. If we cannot replicate, it typically means it has something to do with your installation.
