using fxref the "xref" is rescaled

when using fxref, the xref drawing is being rescaled by factor of 12. If we use the AutoCAD xref command, the xref comes in at the correct scale.

Parent drawing, units set to decimal feet, dwgunits set to decimal feet with the rescale options set to Appears to be happening on only 1 machine at the moment.

Any suggestions?

It appears that the relevant information was accidentally erased in your post.  The Scale content from other drawings setting from the DWGUNITS command is almost certainly to blame.

Alternately, you can set your units to unitless for the purposes of attaching the xref.

You can also change your proxy object settings to Command invoke, and restart CAD.
