Good morning..

Today while am trying to callout the valves, i ended up to have callouts missing both the valve number and the flow rate..
I saved the file, close it then open it again.

I got the valve number and the flow rate but a little bit corrupted as shown in the attached PDF..
Is is a bug?
and how can i fix this?

Thanks

Nibal
Nibal,
It sounds like you may need to either run the ATTSYNC command on these callouts OR delete the callouts, PRG them from the drawing, restart CAD and try placing again. Please let us know if either of these solutions work for you, or if we need to investigate further.

Jake,
actually iran more than one purge command,
purge
DWG purge
DELEREGAPP
DWG-PURGE-BATCH

Then restart the CAD and placed the valve callouts again..
It worked perfect..

Thank you Jake

Similar thing happened to me several years ago at my old office; working on a drawing that started and saved in acad 2013, then when my workstation was updated with 2015, the same thing happened again when my office upgraded my workstation with 2017 from older versions of cad. The valve callouts were missing the flow and station number. My fix was to start a new drawing, Writeblock only the valves, heads, piping and fitting data, resize them on in the current cad program; and it was able to show the flow and station number thereafter.

if it happens again, i'll try the attsync.
