I am trying to set up a watering schedule in my irrigation base file and for some reason the commas are not showing up in the L/WEEK column or the L/DAY column, but are showing up in the PERCIP column and the mm/WEEK column.

You might also want to check your Numeric display setting in under your general preferences to make sure you have the correct numerical value set.
