Why is the "GPM Available" coming from in the "Water Source" different from the "Flow Available" in the Critical analysis?

Why is the "GPM Available" coming from in the "Water Source" different from the "Flow Available" in the Critical analysis? Shouldn't they be the same?
It absolutely is the same.
Check the date/time on your critical analysis.
