Please need help..
I got Z elevation value (varies), and it result in high precip rates in three valves..
am am trying to change the value to 0 but not accepting the change..
any idea why this is happening?

You will need to make sure you change the items from the properties display as shown in my attached image.

Actually, I was trying to change to change the Z elevation from the properties of the bubblers blocks.. But when i put Zero and click enter, it returned to 'varies" again..

Perhaps the layer is locked?
It’s hard to say from just a description like that. If you could post a screenshot of what you are changing, or attach the drawing, we can tell you what the issue is. But from just a vague description all we can do is wildly guess.

while you're at it. Check your UCS. if your UCS is set with an Z value.

There is no reason you shouldn't be able to enter 0 for the Z elevation.
The fact that Land F/X was used to place those blocks is beside the point. If there is something wrong with your Properties palette, you should contact your Autodesk Reseller.
But you are also welcome to send us the drawing, even though it's not a Land F/X matter, I'd be happy to take a quick look at it.
