Changes in Xref Not Showing Up in Schedule

Issue

You made edits in a file you've brought into your main drawing as an external reference (Xref), and those changes aren't showing up in the relevant schedule. You may be experiencing this issue in the:

• Plant Schedule - including color symbols and color hatches
• Irrigation Schedule
• Site Schedules, such as:
  • Reference Notes Schedule
  • Concept Schedule
  • Zoning Schedule
  • Site Amenities Schedule
  • Lighting Schedule
  • Grading Schedule

For example, you may have made edits to the plant blocks in your planting plan Xref, but those changes aren't being reflected when you place a Plant Schedule.

Cause

The data assigned to the objects in the Xref has become out of sync with your main drawing.

Solution

Simply open the Xref and run the schedule there to sync the data with the plan.
