Our Site Amenities tool allows you to add a wide variety of amenities to your Land F/X projects, assign them with data, and place them in your plans. Site amenities in our system include everything from site furnishings to boulders, barbecues, bike racks, play equipment, and even vehicles and people. When you add a site amenity to a project, you can embed it with information such as manufacturer, model number, cost, and any other data you want to assign it. Site amnities placed in your drawings can easily be called out and counted in a schedule.

Site Amenities Overview

We've updated our Site Amenities tool to function seamlessly with our Reference Notes (RefNotes) Manager. When you open the Site Amenities tool you'll jump to the RefNotes Manager, where you can add site amenities as Amenity Reference Notes.

Open the Site Amenities tool:

Or use one of the following keyboard commands:

• FX_Amenities
• RefNotes

The Reference Notes (RefNotes) Manager will open, and you can work with site amenities exactly as you'd work with Amenity RefNotes (because they're one and the same).

1. The Amenity option will be selected automatically, allowing you to add site amenities as Amenity RefNotes.

 

2. Use the Division menu to filter your list of amenities by RefNote Division Learn about RefNote organization and divisions.

 

3. Check this box to see your amenities in Grid View.

 

4. Your amenities will be listed here after you add them to your project.

 

5. Buttons to:

• Add a New amenity
• Edit or Delete an existing amenity
• Import amenities from another project or template
• Fire our Highlight tool to highlight all instances of a selected amenity in your drawing

6. Additional buttons to:

• Place an amenity in your drawing
• Label an amenity in your drawing with a Callout
• List your amenities in a RefNote Schedule
