Buckner Superior’s new PRS-MOD pressure-regulating module is an ideal addition to retrofits and new installations alike. Easily installed via threading into the solenoid port, the PRS-MOD adds flexibility to your specification of Superior Brand base valves by regulating outlet pressure at the valve. Compatible with Superior 950, 950DW, 950DWIB, 950SD, 1000, and 800 valves, it will regulate and maintain outlet pressure between 10 and 100 PSI in dial adjustments of 5 PSI within systems with up to 200 PSI of incoming pressure.
Note that the existing 950PRS, with its factory-installed, side-mounted pressure regulator, will retain its place within the Buckner Superior product line. The PRS-MOD is designed to add regulation to valves already installed in the field, or for installation with base Superior valves for regulation without the need for external tubing. We’ve added PRS-MOD options to each compatible Superior valve series listed above. You can find them in the Valves > Remote Control Valves section of our Irrigation Manager.

Retrofit Flow Sensors to Existing Irrigation Systems Without Adding Wires.
New from Creative Sensor Technology, is the Pathway PWY-400 Wire Sharing System. This new product is a communications tool that allows a CST flow sensor and solenoid actuated master valve to be retrofit to an irrigation system utilizing existing zone valve wires to carry data and valve control signals to the irrigation controller.
The Pathway provides a cost effective method to add flow monitoring and control to installed systems where existing pavement, hardscape, or other landscape features make conventional wiring prohibitively expensive. Land F/X now has this new product available to specify, including customized details to seamlessly download in the Land F/X detail database.
Toro has some great new products that are all featured and included in the Land F/X database. For sprays, Toro has gone one step further in water saving technology by adding a pressure compensation device to their Precision Series Spray Nozzles. Toro also has introduced the next generation in controllers with their new EVOLUTION Series Controller. With an intuitive interface and exclusive features for smart control, the new Toro Evolution is an easy choice for residential and light-commercial applications. This modular controller is available in the Land F/X database, offering 4- to 16- stations.
A popular Sentinel product by Toro is now available in Field Satellite Assembly, with an optional Wireless Output. These Sentinel field satellites are commercial grade, modular units that do the irrigation control work in the field. They are designed to operate in both stand-alone and central mode.
Lastly, for drip products, Toro has a new Poly Riser assembly for the NGE New Generation Emitter product. The NGE is great for demanding drip irrigation installations, and the Poly Flex Riser option comes pre-assembled with an NGE emitter attached to a 12" riser and 1/2" male threaded fitting, making for easy installation when using PVC pipe as the supply line on a drip system. This is a more durable alternative to traditional poly hose, while keeping the emitter above ground for easy maintenance. The assembly is held together with barbed inserts for stronger retention, even in hotter desert climates.
