You Must First Select a View of Type FloorPlan (Labeling Plants in Revit®)

Issue

When trying to plabel a plant in using our Planting F/X for Revit Plugin, you saw the following error message:

 

Error – cannot be ignored. Planting F/X: You must first select a view of type FloorPlan.

Cause

You need to be in a Floor Plan View before you can label a plant.

Solution

Switch to a Floor Plan View in Revit, such as Site. You can then continue labeling.
