SketchUp Plugin Cannot Update from 13.43 (Issues With Importing)

Issue

The Land F/X SketchUp Plugin is unable to update from version 13.43.

Clicking the Update button in the Land F/X Settings dialog box does not update the plugin.

This old version may cause issues with importing layers, plants, or site amenities, and it may result in other errors within the plugin.
