You received the following error message:
An AutoCAD setting is causing your Land F/X menus to load from an incorrect location. Would you like to reload your menus from the correct location?
Clicking Yes in the error message should solve the problem most of the time. However, you might be receiving this error message repeatedly, including each time you update Land F/X or simply start CAD.
We changed the location from which the Land F/X menus load back in 2015. We engineered our installer to account for this change and load the menus from the correct location. However, if you have an older installation, you might have certain file in your LandFX folder that is causing the menus to continue to load incorrectly.
Open your LandFX folder, and check for a folder called LandFX (or LandFX.cuix). If you do see this file directly in your LandFX folder, delete it.
Step 1: Delete the file LandFX (or LandFX.cuix) and the Folder _menus_ from Your LandFX Folder
If you have a single-user installation (without a central office server ir shared online folder), look for the LandFX (or LandFX.cuix) file in the folder C:\LandFX.
Now look in that same C:/LandFX folder for a folder named _menus_. If you see this folder, delete it as well.
Make absolute sure that you are only deleting the file LandFX or LandFX.cuix and (if you see it) the folder _menus_ from this location. Do not delete any other files or folders from this location.
If your office has Land F/X installed on a central server or shared online folder, that location should include a LandFX folder. Locate and delete the file LandFX (or LandFX.cuix) directly inside the LandFX folder in that locationr.
Now look for a folder in this same location named _menus_. If you see this folder, delete it as well.
Make absolute sure that you are only deleting the file LandFX or LandFX.cuix and (if you see it) the folder _menus_ from this location. Do not delete any other files from this location.
Once you've deleted this file from your shared location, open your C: drive and look for a LandFX folder. If you find a LandFX folder on your C: drive, open it and look for the same file: LandFX (or LandFX.cuix). If you see this file, delete it as well.
Step 2: Restart CAD
Once you've restarted CAD, your menus should load from the correct location.
