Error: 'LOAD Failed: "LandFX.vlx" (Updating Land F/X)

Issue

After updating one of our plugins, you saw the following error message:

Error: 'LOAD failed: "LandFX.vlx'"

Cause

This error is usually the result of AutoCAD or F/X CAD using a UNC path to the LandFX folder instead of a mapped letter drive.

Solution

1. If you haven't already done so, follow our steps to map a letter drive to the LandFX folder.

2. Follow our steps to assign a letter drive to the LandFX folder.

3. Type MENULOAD in the Command line and press Enter.

4. Follow our steps to unload and reload the Land F/X menus.
