Error When Saving (Example: Error Querying Data) (Saving a Drawing File)

Issue

You tried to save a file and received an error such as

Error querying data: MySQL server has gone away

(or another error message)

Cause

An error that occurs when you save a file is the result of Land F/X attempting to make a backup of the project data. Chances are, your computer just hasn't been restarted in a while.

Issue

You should be able to confirm that the file did save.

Then close CAD and restart the computer. You should now be able to save without issue.
