If you were unable to uninstall the Autodesk Identity Manager from the list, and/or you don't see any files to uninstall in the Autodesk Identity Manager folder, the issue is likely stemming from leftover registry keys from the Autodesk Identity Manager that also need to be uninstalled. Here's how.
1. Download and install the Revo uninstaller.

If you see a message that Running the application's installer failed! Possible invalid uninstall command! click OK.
5. You'll see the message Performing the initial analysis and uninstall. Click Scan.

6. You'll likely see a Found leftover Registry items message.
If so, click Select All to select the leftover Registry keys.
