Unable to Locate CAD Express Tools

Issue

You are unable to find your AutoCAD Express Tools. They are either not showing up in the menu, or when you attempt to access them, you're receiving an Unknown Command message in the Command line.

Cause

Your Express Tools may not be loaded or installed.
